We really love this area for future appreciation. It is being squeezed from all sides by development, which is going to create more infrastructure and make 30’somethings more comfortable in the area. The stigma attached to Sherbourne Street has worn-off. The new developments also make this converted hard loft building stand-out. We would prefer to be in the portion of the building with exposed brick & beam and not have the second bedroom as an interior room, but you can’t win all the battles. For these reasons and under the current market conditions, we believe we can negotiate a good price for you.
