On the rare occasion a truly special condo development comes along that checks off all the boxes, and this is one of them which I am truly excited to offer this unique quality development to my clients.

While pricing and layouts are not typically geared to investors (there are only 2 bachelor units at about 500 square feet) and reflects the level of quality and luxury throughout, it is an excellent buy for those who are either downsizing, for families, or those wanting to move up to something more than your typical cookie-cutter condo – very few condo developers would allow customization, alterations or upgrades in today’s market, but 1181 Queen West comes with all the bells and whistles.
