As far as amenities go, 80 John’s are so nice that people actually use them. I’ve personally spent time at the pool and on the rooftop, and the beautiful lobby and excellent concierge evoke the feeling of prestige every time you enter.

At the end of the day I really enjoy selling units like this because they are exactly the kind that I would both live and invest in. Whoever ends up with this as their home will be very happy.
