Everything about this loft is unique. This is a two-storey loft with direct ground floor access with a parking pad (no garage) directly in front of your entrance, making it feel like a townhouse. Relatively low maintenance fees despite being in a very boutique and old converted building. Besides the penthouse units with their own rooftop terraces, only a few units in the building have outdoor space and this unit features the largest balcony in the building, spanning the west end of the building. The loft has three exposures (north, west and south) with tons of natural light and views. The renovations has been well executed and nicely designed for entertaining.

The only bedroom is located on the ground floor and oddly the backyard of the house behind it abuts the window to this bedroom which could be a potentially awkward privacy issue. Parking is just a parking pad just outside your door and not covered nor enclosed.

My final thoughts:

One of my favorite authentic hard loft buildings as it only features just 10 units on a quiet yet popular and desirable area. This exclusivity has commanded strong historical sales as units has sold well over $1 million the past year with a penthouse unit that sold for $2.8 million last summer. Authentic lofts are becoming an increasing rarity in the market and this property is one of the most special ones currently on the market.
