My final thoughts:
The big selling feature of this property is that it is a modern townhouse having a big park as your backyard – an extremely rare and coveted feature in downtown. Combine that with being in a beautifully designed and built boutique building and in a highly desirable neighbourhood you have a winning combination, however at almost 1,000 sq.ft. many would expect two true bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
1-bedroom lofts of this size do sell for $1 million but they are typically authentic hard lofts that command the premiums – most likely its coveted features will make up for not being a hard loft.
