The population of the southern Florida city represents a diverse mix of backgrounds with a thriving real estate market thanks to feeder markets that span across the northern U.S. states to South America and Europe.

    “Miami is a relatively new town compared to places like London and Paris,” says Ron Shuffield, CEO, owner and president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty. “But in the last 20 years, the city has evolved.
