He listened to my criteria and then exclusively showed me listings that matched it. I would commission Nick again for my next real estate transaction.

Nick helped my husband and I find our first home in Toronto in a neighborhood we love (and that we thought we wouldn't be able to afford). Nick listened carefully to our needs, gave us honest feedback, and ended up finding the property we ultimately purchased. His counsel allowed us to purchase the property for less than we otherwise would have offered. After he closed the deal, he also helped us find great contractors for our renovation. Nick is pleasant to deal with and is not in the least pushy. In addition to being down to earth, Nick is hard-working. He was always accommodating, available, and responsive. We will look forward to working with him again when we sell our home and would highly recommend him to others.
