Nick helped my husband and I find our first home in Toronto in a neighborhood we love (and that we thought we wouldn't be able to afford).

Nick listened carefully to our needs, gave us honest feedback, and ended up finding the property we ultimately purchased. His counsel allowed us to purchase the property for less than we otherwise would have offered. After he closed the deal, he also helped us find great contractors for our renovation.
